Job summary

Phoenix Contents Restoration is seeking a Contents Inventory and Restoration Specialist to join our team in Denver. You’ll document, pack, and transport contents, then restore items at our facility, ensuring careful handling of damaged belongings. No two days are the same, with work at homes and businesses affected by fire, smoke, or water.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. You might participate in asbestos-related work as needed, with OSHA-compliant PPE and an asbestos

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Restoration or construction experience is a plus — not required.
• Bilingual is helpful, not required.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn new apps and tools.
• Good, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Positive communicator and dependable team player.
• Comfortable working in different environments and conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift 40+ lbs as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Represent Phoenix with professionalism, respect, and a team-first attitude.
• Inventory, wrap, move and safely store contents affected by fire, smoke, or water.
• Use photo documentation and inventory software (training provided).
• Lead and assist with packouts for residential and commercial jobs.
• Help organize and maintain warehouse contents.
• Operate company equipment responsibly and follow checkout/in procedures.
• Clean, wash, and deodorize contents following company standards.
• Perform general labor tasks and assist wherever needed.
• Keep job sites and vehicles clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers.
• Complete work within estimated timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance with company uniforms.
