Job summary

PuroClean in Woodstock, Georgia, is seeking a Project Lead to manage production crews and oversee jobs from start to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment and safety guidelines, and a proven record in team building and communication.

• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.

Project Lead Job Description

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the Director of Operations and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to completion. Complete documentation in a timely manner and maintain production costs at the established rate. Our Leads take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with Contents Division Manager
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with Contents Division Manager and Owner
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
