Contents Professionals Denver is seeking a Contents Cleaning Technician to support our restoration teams in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate has cleaning or moving experience and can respond to service calls, follow production guidelines, and assist crew chiefs to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include setting up staging areas, loading equipment, performing end-of-day cleanup, and maintaining a tidy jobsite while showing respect for the customer's home.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with cleaning or moving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform services per production guidelines.
• Inventory and load the van with equipment, products, and supplies for jobs.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each job; prepare rooms for cleaning processes.
• Follow production guidelines; assist crew chief and other personnel.
• Perform end-of-job cleanup and leave the jobsite clean and orderly.
• Show respect for customer’s home/property.

We are NOW HIRING for a Contents Cleaning Technician: A great candidate for this role would have prior cleaning experience and or moving experience.

As the Contents Cleaning Technician, your primary role will be to: Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following Contents Professionals production guidelines. Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Pay: $21-$22 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production processes following Contents Professionals production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions
• Inventory and load the van with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each job.
• Prepare rooms for cleaning processes.
• Follow EZ Production Guidelines for all production processes.
• Assist the crew chief and other production personnel.
• Perform end-of-job/end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Show respect for customer’s home/property.

Position Requirements

• Any cleaning experience would be great.
