Job summary

SERVPRO Team Miller is seeking a Contents and Cleaning Project Manager to plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring high-quality service for customers, clients, and subcontractors. You will manage the entire customer experience and drive satisfaction across active projects.

The role requires strong communication, coordination of crews, and adherence to safety guidelines. A background in restoration or construction is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Background check clearance required by law.
• 2 year restoration background preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule crews and resources for active projects.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage equipment and materials (assets).
• Follow safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
• Lead with leadership and restoration expertise for ongoing development.
• Perform other tasks as required by the employer.

Job Description

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, sub-contractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

• Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage equipment and materials (assets).
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
• Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• 2 year Restoration background is preferred
