You will translate complex DPI and fintech concepts for diverse audiences, from citizens to regulators, while collaborating with design and product teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in content roles, strong English, research capabilities, and experience optimizing for SEO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content for blogs, thought leadership articles, explainer posts.
• Develop website content and FAQs, press releases, and media briefs.
• Produce social media posts and campaigns across platforms.
• Prepare reports, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
• Support data collation and reporting using Excel; generate dashboards and MIS as needed.
• Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and product teams.
• Assist marketing across initiatives including social media, site development, newsletters.

About Sahamati Foundation

Sahamati is the RBI-recognised Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) for India’s Account Aggregator ecosystem, a cross-sectoral industry alliance built to advance consent-based financial data sharing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing thoughtful, clear, and engaging content across platforms — including web, blogs, social media, newsletters, media articles, and knowledge documents. You should be able to translate complex technical and policy concepts into accessible narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders — from citizens and regulated financial entities to policy makers and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content for: Blogs, thought leadership articles, explainer posts
• Website content and FAQs
• Press releases and media briefs
• Social media posts and campaigns
• Reports, whitepapers, case studies, reports and presentations
• Support data collation and reporting using Excel; generate dashboards and MIS as needed
• Internal documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, partnerships, and product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful communication
• Support the marketing team across various initiatives, including social media management, website development, internal newsletter releases, lending reports, and more.
• Maintain a consistent voice aligned with Sahamati’s brand and values
• Track content performance metrics and optimize for engagement and impact
• Stay updated on trends in open finance, account aggregators, digital public infrastructure, and data governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in content writing or communication roles, preferably in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) or fintech
• Excellent command over written English — grammar, clarity, tone, and structure
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand technical and policy topics
• Experience writing for digital platforms and optimizing content for SEO and readability
• Ability to work independently, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines
