Job description

Our large finance and advisory client is looking for a contract Content Web Producer. This is a remote role.

We’re seeking a savvy, intellectually curious, and dynamic self-starter to join our team as a Content Web Producer. You’ll be part of our Web Marketing team, which is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for our visitors and members. You will report to our Director of Web Marketing and you will develop and execute content marketing initiatives and materials on the client website. Our goal is to be the center of our members’ financial lives, and to help every member get their money right—and our website is essential to that goal.

Contract Duration: 12-Months

This is a part-time role with an average of 25 hours per week.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 2-3+ years proven experience managing project types such as digital campaigns, experiments, and microsites
2. Great communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization
3. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
4. Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
5. Intermediate understanding of HTML & CSS, particularly React
6. Experience working with CMS (content management systems), preferably WordPress
7. Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Financial services and B2B experience a plus

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop content web projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end
2. Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders such as SEO, Content, and Creative
3. Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery
4. Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones
5. Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed
6. Update content, make small code adjustments, and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests, and maintenance.
