Job summary

NOBODY is seeking a Content Strategist to own content systems and projects, translating audience signals into platform-native content. You will oversee production, ensure on-time delivery, and align work with briefs and brand standards.

Based in one of our hubs (Washington, DC; Durham, NC; Miami, FL; or Richmond, VA) with a minimum of 3 days onsite, you will work with Insights, Producers, Editors, Community, and Paid Media to drive consistent, credible client presence across communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social content strategy, content development, or programming in an agency or complex in-house team.
• Strong writing and editorial instincts; ability to collaborate with executives.
• Proven project management skills; multi-client and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build content strategy and programming grounded in audience behavior and business goals.
• Develop platform-native briefs covering objective, audience, message map, and format specs.
• Write crisply editorial copy and channel-appropriate guidance.
• Manage a rolling 6–8 week content calendar with owners, deadlines, and status.
• Lead client and internal sessions, track approvals and feedback, and manage risks.
• Enforce QA controls and maintain tone, voice, and brand guardrails.
