Responsibilities

• Lead content design across client engagements through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture
• Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models and messaging frameworks
• Write and adapt content to balance brand voice, user experience, and business objectives
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content into the development process
• Define and deliver key content artifacts including audits, taxonomies, and voice and tone guidelines
