Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team delivering digital products for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate across disciplines to translate ambiguous goals into user journeys, leverage WordPress CMS, and deliver thoughtful, scalable UX patterns while shaping client engagements and contributing to high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience designing digital products and UX work across complex web/mobile experiences.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Strong collaboration skills with clients, product teams, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, shaping intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope and priorities.
• Translate business goals into clear user journeys and interaction models.
• Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams with workshops and deliverables.
• Leverage WordPress CMS experience to design within content models, templates, and reusable blocks.
