Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Content Manager in the United States to own content strategy, editorial quality, and measurable results for a software product business. You will lead a small team of writers, guide content priorities, and blend AI-assisted creation with hands-on editing to improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience creating, writing, and editing high-quality content with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience leading a small team of writers and coaching teammates to improve.
• A quality-first mindset focusing on content value and impact rather than volume.
• Demonstrated ownership of content performance and ability to tie results to business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and optimization for AI-driven search.
• Strong knowledge of AI writing and editing tools and when human judgment is essential.
• Experience creating content for software/SaaS or technical products and explaining complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content direction, setting editorial priorities and identifying topics and formats with the greatest potential value.
• Edit and improve new and existing content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and high editorial standards.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and editing while maintaining quality.
• Lead and support a small team of writers, providing constructive feedback.
• Take ownership of content performance, tracking results and guiding improvements.
• Improve content visibility through SEO and AI-powered search optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Experiment with new topics, formats, and approaches, scaling successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers, and product teams to translate technical knowledge into reader-friendly content.
