You will influence executives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and translate complex product information into clear, user‑friendly content.

The role offers US$140,000–$204,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity and benefits. Location flexibility includes Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, knowledge design, or related project or program management.
• Experience leading multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end user support content experiences aligned with core product goals and user journeys across product ecosystems.
• Utilize cross product interlocks to identify content opportunities and optimize content and workflows based on data and experiments.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, high quality content across locales and publishing tools across all channels.
• Draft exception content and provide technical feedback to improve tool functionality and AI ingestion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on content project management and measure experience effectiveness for leadership.
