This is a 6-month contract position.

Reddit is expanding globally, and we are seeking a results-driven content strategist to foster growth in the local content ecosystem in Spain.

As a Content Seeder, you will help expand our presence in Spain by growing diverse local communities and increasing high-quality content that sparks organic conversations. Your responsibilities include curating relevant content and supporting growth initiatives such as collaborations with industry partners (media, celebrities, KOLs).

What You Will Do:

1. Develop and implement a content strategy to increase organic engagement among Redditors and support the success of local communities.
2. Analyze content performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
3. Monitor internet trends and capitalize on key local moments relevant to the market.
4. Establish partnerships with industry leaders, including media, celebrities, and KOLs, to support growth initiatives like AMAs.

What We Expect From You:

• Active Reddit user and contributor.
• Experience creating content that resonates with diverse Reddit communities across text, images, and videos.
• Deep understanding of Reddit's platform, subreddit dynamics, and community engagement.
• Knowledge of local trends and culture in your market.

Bonus Points:

• Successful content creation or curation experience on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or X.
• Experience as a Reddit moderator or community owner.
