Job summary

SalesPlaybook is DACH's leading pipeline, sales, and HubSpot agency for B2B tech companies. As Content Strategist, you own content operations for a portfolio of personal-branding clients, acting as a sharp copywriter, organized PM, and trusted client partner.

You’ll work closely with founders, extract expert knowledge, and craft content in their voice. You’ll sit near founders, learn from successful leaders, and get paid to learn weekly.

Qualifications

• Proactive communication style adaptable to different personalities and working styles.
• Excellent writing and communication in German and English.
• Genuinely strong copywriting that sounds like the client.
• Highly organized, able to juggle many accounts and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own setup phase: shape content strategy and map the client's media approach.
• Run bi-weekly calls to extract expertise and turn it into clear outlines and content.
• Write content that reflects the client's voice and supports business goals.
• Keep communication smooth and timelines on track across accounts.
• Build monthly performance reports to show content impact.
