Huzzle is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to build and own a scalable content engine for elite B2B SaaS founders. You’ll translate founder expertise into blogs, LinkedIn posts, and video scripts, while owning the end-to-end workflow from creation to scheduling.

This role emphasizes AI-assisted copy with human oversight, GoHighLevel workflows, and Salesforce/Slack proficiency to drive growth and efficiency across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience building marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
• Proven track record managing marketing content workflows for founders or executives.
• Excellent English communication with a friendly professional demeanor.
• Experience with AI-assisted copywriting with human oversight.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Slack, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract and transform founder calls into blogs, posts, teasers, and video scripts.
• Set up and maintain tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) for content workflow.
• Coordinate with founders to gather approvals and feedback.
• Manage social posting schedules and light community engagement.
• Oversee LinkedIn outreach and posting automation.
• Manage email marketing pipeline and GoHighLevel templates.
• Assist with basic ad spend to amplify content.
