Our client, a fast-growing company in the payments and fintech space, is looking for a Content Strategist to shape and execute the content strategy that brings its brand voice to life — across the website, blog, social, campaigns, and thought leadership. You’ll own the editorial calendar and be the steward of the brand voice, turning positioning and messaging into content that builds trust with billers, businesses, financial institutions, and the consumers who ultimately get paid through the platform.
This is a hands-on strategy-and-execution role: you’ll plan what content gets created and why, then write and edit much of it yourself while partnering with Brand, Product Marketing, Design, and subject matter experts across the company to bring it to life.
In a competitive payments and fintech landscape, content is often the first — and most consistent — way this company earns trust with the audiences it serves. This role ensures content is intentional, on-brand, and genuinely useful, rather than one-off assets built in isolation.
