Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Content Strategist in Philadelphia, PA, onsite from day one. This fulltime role collaborates with Design and business partners to craft end-to-end digital experiences and maintain tone of voice.

You will create content aligned with goals, style guides, and ADA standards, delivering impactful microcopy while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge management with an understanding of responsive design.
• Understanding of Information Architecture for web and mobile experiences.
• Excel proficiency with content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence.
• UX writing experience with strong proofreading skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
• Background or strong interest in banking or financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and business partners to create end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints; work in hyper manual systems.
• Create content that upholds the organization's tone of voice.
• Develop concise microcopy to simplify customer experiences.
• Deliver ADA-compliant copy decks based on style guides.
• Support and contribute to internal stakeholder presentations.
• Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design
• Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences
• Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence
• UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing
• Good to have background or strong interest in banking or financial operations
