Police Athletic League, Inc. (PAL) is seeking a Content Specialist for Harlem Center to support after-school programming and youth development across the five boroughs. The role emphasizes implementing PAL curricula, staff training, and data-informed improvement within a collaborative leadership team.

The position runs 9 hours per week (3 days, 3 hours). Strong verbal and written communication are required; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years in curriculum development, training, and coaching.
• Willing to learn mental health, SEL, and inclusion skills.
• Must be able to travel to PAL locations in NYC.
• 9 hours a week (3 days x 3 hours) between 3:00-6:00.
