Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Content Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize DAM/MAM supply chain workflows. You will translate requirements into scalable operations, integrate internal and external tools, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver efficient media workflows.

The role requires strong technical and operational focus, experience with media content lifecycles, and familiarity with low-code automation. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-stack development using low-code platforms to build scalable workflow solutions.
• 3+ years in an operational, product, support or customer facing position for a media or technology company.
• 3+ years in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
• 3+ years in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support end-to-end DAM/MAM supply chain workflows covering: asset ingest, metadata validation, transformation, enrichment, automated QC, transcoding, versioning, packaging, and delivery.
• Design and support API-based integrations between internal and third-party tooling and clients.
• Partner with Engineering on REST APIs, MCP integrations, webhooks, schemas/contracts, and authentication models.
• Build and maintain integration workflows using low-code and automation platforms to orchestrate cross-system handoffs and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Develop ETL metadata architecture, schemas and workflows for content ingestion, transformation, validation, enrichment, and fulfillment.
• Support and integrate CSC/Marketing supply chain systems including AI Video/Image Tech, Orange Logic DAM, and delivery platforms.
• Design AI/ML-enabled workflows and create agents to streamline operations and improve productivity.
