Job summary

Swanson Health is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to expand our wellness brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You will ideate, script, film, and edit engaging content, collaborating with internal experts and a videographer in Fargo, ND.

You’ll manage the monthly content calendar, source UGC creators, engage with the community, and work with SEO, paid media, influencer, PR, and creative teams to align content with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands.
• Experience with mobile and desktop video production and editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience managing UGC creator platforms, developing creator briefs, and building productive creator relationships.
• Proven ability to write engaging, platform-native social copy for distinct audiences and channels.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral audio, platform algorithms, content formats, and social analytics.
• Experience managing content calendars, publishing workflows, digital asset libraries, and cross-functional creative processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with creative, marketing, SEO, paid media, customer support, and subject-matter experts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing, PR, brand collaborations, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience creating content in the wellness, health, beauty, or consumer packaged goods space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging videos for social platforms across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with a videographer on quarterly long-form video shoots in Fargo, ND, supporting planning, production, and post-production needs.
• Develop accurate and engaging wellness content with internal subject-matter experts like Registered Dietitians and Licensed Nutritionists.
• Manage the monthly content calendar, schedule posts, and oversee day-to-day publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Source, brief, and direct UGC creators to maintain a pipeline of organic and ad-ready content.
• Lead daily community engagement in partnership with Customer Support to strengthen brand affinity.
• Plan collaborations, giveaways, and other community-building initiatives.
• Partner with SEO, Paid Social, Influencer, PR, Creative, and other marketing teams to align content with goals.
• Write platform-native captions and social copy tailored to audiences and channels.
• Organize digital asset libraries, folders, naming conventions, and handoff processes.
• Monitor channel performance and report on engagement, reach, video views, and audience growth.
• Translate performance insights and trends into actionable content improvements.

• Monitor channel performance and report on engagement, reach, video views, audience growth, and other key metrics.


• Translate performance insights, audience feedback, and social trends into actionable content improvements and new opportunities.


• Stay current on platform updates, emerging formats, viral audio, creator trends, algorithms, and best practices across social media.

What We Are Looking For:
