Paul Gough Media is seeking a Content & Social Media Strategist to build the PaulAi brand. You’ll work with Paul Gough and leadership to craft and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

The role blends creativity with strategic marketing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll transform podcasts, webinars, and events into engaging content, optimize for each platform, and contribute to long-term content strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong instincts for messaging and content creation.
• Basic editing skills, including captions, headlines, pacing, and formatting.
• Comfortable using Canva and social media publishing tools.
• Experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, schedule, and publish high-impact content across social platforms.
• Transform podcasts, webinars, interviews, livestreams, and events into short-form content.
• Repurpose existing content for platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Develop hooks, headlines, captions, and messaging for content.
• Collaborate with videographer and creative team to produce multi-format content.
