Our client is seeking a nimble Brand & Content role to own social execution and repurpose content across channels for AI-native IT ops software. You will surface trends, support leadership content, and help scale brand distribution in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in social/brand marketing, a keen eye for internet culture, and the ability to brief design and maintain editorial consistency across assets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social, brand, content, or startup marketing.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and platform behavior.
• Strong content instincts and distribution understanding.
• Experience adapting content across formats and channels.
• Experience with short-form video workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-native assets.
• Spot trends and surface content angles for ICP.
• Support executive and founder thought leadership workflows.
• Help build repeatable social and content systems.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, freelancers, and stakeholders.
• Track conversations and content opportunities across AI, SaaS, startups.
• Report on social performance weekly and pull insights.
• Support TOFU content production and maintain brand consistency.
