Job summary

SSDM is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to help the agency grow and produce effective content for our clients. This role supports the Creative Team and collaborates with the Account team to craft innovative ideas and execute on all things digital content.

You will write copy for multiple formats, optimize for SEO, manage WordPress pages, and help maintain content calendars while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Ability to work quickly, creatively and accurately, completing tasks within deadlines.
• Experience with website CMS (WordPress).
• AP style proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with Google Docs/Drive/Sheets and related tools.
• Willingness to learn new marketing platforms quickly.
• Ability to adapt writing style to brand standards.
• SEO copywriting experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with SEO tools Moz/SEMrush.
• Ability to develop fresh content ideas aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for blogs, social media, ads, landing pages, and more.
• Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize copy for search engines.
• Build web pages and add copy/images to client sites (WordPress).
• Assist with managing content resource centers on client sites.
• Support SEO audits and content research.
• Review client sites to identify updates and optimizations.
• Extract insights from data sources to evaluate SEO and content campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars and schedules.
• Edit, proofread and QA on projects.
• Stay current on digital best practices and competitors.
