Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a detail-oriented content reviewer in the United States to uphold our clients' policies across posts, photos, and listings. You will assess content for accuracy and quality and resolve escalated items with sound judgment.

Responsibilities include reviewing flagged material, investigating complex issues, and staying current with U.S. news and community guidelines. The role requires flexibility with shifts, weekend work, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Understanding of online news and the internet.
• Strong interest and knowledge of current events in the U.S.
• Experience with political content is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and classify content according to policies; handle ambiguity.
• Comfort reviewing sensitive content (graphic material, violence, etc.).
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review posts, photos and listing content according to client policies with high accuracy and quality.
• Review content flagged by users or systems and escalate as needed.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within defined turnaround times.
• Stay current with community guidelines and policies and apply them to content reviews.
• Stay up to date with current events and news in the U.S.
• Maintain a consistent and transparent review methodology.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets.
