Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technically complex templates and themes for productivity applications, translating creative concepts into accurate, production-ready files.
• Audit and test templates for layout, typography, color, imagery, functionality, consistency, and technical defects; perform internal QA and document findings.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to implement features, resolve discrepancies between design goals and technical constraints, and improve production workflows.
• Manage source files and code repositories using GitHub, SourceTree, and Terminal, including pull requests, change tracking, conflict resolution, and bug investigations.
• Diagnose and resolve application and content-related issues while supporting localization and preserving design integrity across regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant production, design, or technical content experience, with exceptional attention to visual and technical detail.
• Strong production design skills in layout, typography, color, and management of complex, multi-layered files across multiple applications.
• Experience with presentation, document, and spreadsheet productivity applications, plus working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Terminal, source control, and bug-tracking systems; strong systematic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage technical, repetitive production work while adapting to rapid iteration, changing requirements, and tight deadlines.
