Job summary

Hamilton County Educational Service Center is seeking a Content Specialist to create photo and video content that communicates HCESC’s work across client school districts and educational partners.

As part of the Communications and Marketing team, you will plan, shoot, edit, and distribute engaging content across social media, websites, and emails, ensuring alignment with brand voice and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in visual content creation or digital marketing.
• Experience producing photo/video content for social media and websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication aligned with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots highlighting students, educators, and events.
• Capture high-quality photography and videography for social media and marketing materials.
• Edit video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Develop engaging visual stories that communicate HCESC's mission and impact.
• Coordinate content projects with internal departments and partners.
• Manage digital media assets and project files.
