NextLevel Thinking in Houston seeks a Content Specialist to lead storytelling for client projects, from concept through post-production. You will brainstorm with account teams, shoot, curate, edit, and publish high-performing content that builds brand awareness.

The role emphasizes fast iteration, a strong creative eye, on-site capture across Greater Houston, and delivery of multi-format assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.

Qualifications

• Social media content management and curation experience across major platforms.
• Graphic design fundamentals to support visuals for video thumbnails and lower-thirds.
• Experience analyzing social metrics with a view to improving content performance.
• Hands-on editing with desktop NLE software and a drive to grow craft.

Responsabilités

• Client & Account Alignment: translate marketing briefs into visual storytelling.
• Content Strategy & Curation: curate media assets to align with a cohesive story.
• On-Site Capture: plan and execute shoots at client offices and sites in the Greater Houston area.
• Post-Production: cut, color grade, sound design, and polish assets for final delivery.
• Platform Optimization: tailor assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.
