Job summary

P&P Imports is seeking an experienced Content Producer with a strong emphasis on video production, editing, and motion graphics. You will create compelling visual content across eCommerce, retail, paid media, and social channels, leading projects from concept through delivery.

The role requires hands-on shooting and studio/On-location photography support, with a focus on post-production, color, and storytelling to drive conversion and brand impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in video production, video editing, motion graphics, photography, or related commercial content.

Responsibilities

• Own video projects from concept through final delivery, including pre-production, shot planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound, color, and export.
• Edit high-quality short-form commercial video content for Amazon, eCommerce, paid social, retail, product launches, digital advertising, and organic social channels.
• Create polished motion graphics and animations in After Effects, including animated typography, product feature callouts, graphic overlays, transitions, compositing, masking, tracking, and other motion-based visual treatments.
• Develop multiple edits and cutdowns from existing footage, adapting content for different placements, aspect ratios, audiences, and marketing objectives.
• Bring strong editorial judgment to projects, including pacing, music selection, sound design, sequencing, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Shoot video in studio and on location, including product demonstrations, lifestyle content, talent-driven shoots, action footage, detail shots, and supporting B-roll.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate creative direction, storyboards, shot lists, and marketing objectives into polished video content.
• Capture studio and lifestyle photography as needed, including clean product imagery, detail photography, environmental imagery, and talent-based lifestyle content.
• Execute professional studio lighting for both photo and video and adapt lighting setups based on product, talent, environment, and creative direction.
• Handle post-production across video and photography, including video editing, color correction and grading, compositing, retouching, masking, image cleanup, and final asset preparation.
• Support and help coordinate lifestyle productions, including talent, locations, props, equipment, lighting, sample preparation, and on-set execution.
• Work with existing product photography and video assets to create new campaign content, animations, variations, and performance-focused creative.
• Manage content production for assigned products, categories, or campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain organized production and asset management workflows, including project files, raw footage, proxies, file naming, folder structures, version control, and final archives.
• Help improve creative production workflows, including editing templates, motion graphics systems, production processes, and asset organization.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate to improve production capabilities, efficiency, and creative output.
• Stay current with video editing, motion design, production techniques, platform trends, and emerging creative technologies
