Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Art or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of photoshoot or relevant content production experience.
• Annual salary range listed: 83,200.00 – 104,000.00 – 124,800.00 USD.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and day-of execution for lifestyle and studio shoots.
• Coordinate with sample coordinators, art direction, AV team, and PM to plan content needs.
• Create detailed shoot schedules including run-of-show and call sheets.
• Support creative team and cross-functional partners to reflect content needs in the plan.
• Assist AV team with video planning and scheduling, and crew/equipment needs.
• Research photoshoot locations and manage venue confirmations, contracts, permits, and COI.
• Oversee model casting, bookings, fittings, and confirmations.
• Maintain budget trackers and reconcile costs against estimates.
• Code and submit invoices for payment.
• Support post-production handoff of files from photographers and digitechs.
