Job summary

Naked Diablo is seeking a Content Producer to lead the capture and creation of short-form video and photo content for our premium tequila brand. This role involves turning real-world brand moments—bars, restaurants, retail activations, events, and culture—into high-performing social content that drives awareness and on-premise demand.

You will be both in the field capturing content and behind the edit building fast, native storytelling for social platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing (TikTok / Reels native).
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, real-world environments.
• Experience capturing live events, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of social media hooks.
• Fast turnaround editing ability (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
• Comfort working evenings, weekends, and on-site activations.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Producer to lead the capture and creation of short-form video and photo content for a fast-growing tequila brand.

This role is responsible for turning real-world brand moments—bars, restaurants, retail activations, events, and culture—into high-performing social content that drives awareness, engagement, and on-premise demand.

You will be both in the field capturing content and behind the edit building fast, platform-native storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Capture Brand Moments in the Field

• Film on-premise activations at bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues
• Shoot retail tastings, in-store demos, and distributor-led events
• Capture authentic bartender, consumer, and cultural interactions
• Travel locally to support high-priority market activations

Produce Short-Form Social Content

• Edit TikTok and Instagram Reels optimized for engagement and retention
• Turn raw footage into multiple content variations and story formats
• Deliver same-day or next-day edits when needed
• Create hook-driven, trend-aware content that feels native to social platforms

Build a High-Volume Content Pipeline

• Transform single activations into 10–30 usable content assets
• Organize and manage all raw footage and digital assets
• Maintain a structured content library for ongoing brand use
• Repurpose content across social, sales, and marketing needs

Collaborate with Marketing Team

• Work closely with Social Media Manager on content ideas and execution
• Receive shot lists, creative direction, and activation plans
• Identify content opportunities in real time during field work
• Help refine what content formats perform best over time

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience

• Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing (TikTok / Reels native)
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, real-world environments
• Experience capturing live events, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle content
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of social media hooks
• Fast turnaround editing ability (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in food & beverage, spirits, or consumer lifestyle brands
• Photography skills for social, PR, and marketing use
• Familiarity with TikTok trends and short-form content strategy
• Basic motion graphics or design capability
• Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors
