Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Content Planning Associate to support Disney+ content planning, scheduling, and lifecycle management from the Glendale office. You will help manage title data, premiere dates, and stakeholder communications with detail-oriented and diplomatic collaboration across teams.

This role emphasizes maintaining databases, supporting localization, and developing processes to improve planning tools.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in content planning, curation, content strategy, or a related area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented approach and professional diplomacy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tracking and reporting of Disney+ global premiere dates with planning teams.
  • Communicate day-to-day changes and schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Represent Content Planning in meetings and written communications with professionalism.
  • Maintain databases, reports, and documents for leadership throughout a title's lifecycle.
  • Support localization and global release strategies for Disney+ content.
  • Help establish processes and enhance tools for content planning and scheduling.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests.
