Meredith is seeking a Project Manager for Foundry’s Content Operations team to oversee Native Content across Lifestyle verticals. You’ll manage production, assignments, budgets, and status updates, collaborating with associate leadership to align resources and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in production or project management within publishers or agencies, with strong communication, organization, and budget skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience and qualifications are equally weighted.
• 2–4 years in a full‑time production or project management position, preferably at a publisher, media company, and/or agency.
• Experience working on photoshoots is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Project Management (80%): establish timelines with client activation lead; manage budgets and ensure COgs stay within approved limits; organize all project information and communicate needs and deliverables.
• Comprehensive Project Tracking: maintain Airtable for deliverables, coding, expenses, and assignments; alert finance on spend and revenue.
• Vendor Maintenance and Contracting: source, negotiate, contract, and onboard freelance writers, photographers, illustrators; oversee invoicing.
• Pre‑Sale Scoping: assist with budget estimates and timelines during pitches.
• Deliverable Management: package deliverables and address client feedback professionally.
• Quality Assurance: conduct QA on all client deliverables.
