Position Overview
The Marketing Content Coordinator produces creative collateral and manages social media accounts for the Kehoe Designs' family of brands which includes Kehoe Designs, The Geraghty, BlackOak Technical Productions, and Floral Exhibits. This position uses strategic story-telling to grow the business, increase market awareness, and improve market share by effectively creating, sourcing, managing, and distributing impactful content to our social media audiences as well as prospective clientele. This position uses independent judgment and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Professional presentation design and graphic design, as well as professional social media account growth and management experience are paramount necessities for this position. Additionally, a firm demonstrable grasp of photography, videography, editing, and short form copy writing are a must.

Essential Duties
Who you are: a passionate creative for the events industry who leverages experience with creativity and a keen eye for the unique storytelling enabled by our brand and our depth of comprehensive business offerings. - Manages social media accounts for family of brands, building genuine connections with audiences.
- Leads all areas of content generation and executions, content calendar development, asset management, creative activation concepts, campaign and paid recommendations and overall quality control.
- Gatekeeper of community management including responding to comments and consistently engaging to grow reach and engagement.
- Actively assesses competitive and aspirational landscape.
- Must be able to attend events for content capturing. Required to attend Saturday events at least 2x per month on modified schedule.
- Attends client/marketing events as needed to represent the brand and capture content.
- Produces creative collateral, using strategic storytelling to grow business for all brands within the Kehoe Designs family, to increase market awareness and market share by creating, sourcing, managing and distributing impactful content through all channels to both existing clientele and prospective clients.
- Planning, writing, designing and publishing physical and digital marketing/sales/advertising assets, website updates, internal templates and brand guidelines.
- Brings the brand into every asset – ensuring that storytelling, tone and visuals are consistent and compelling even in performance-optimized formats.
- Manages orders, invoicing and payment communications with third party relationships.
- Works closely with Creative team and Sales team to uphold brand guidelines, ideate and produce on-brand concepts and assets to achieve goals.
- Occasional long form content production (written, video) including but not limited to blogs, case studies or weekly team recaps.
- Continual business improvement, identifying processes or opportunities to streamline, modernize or refine in support of overall business objectives and team success.
- Support Sales, Business Development, Marketing and President in independent projects that increase visibility, drive bottom line and produce impactful headway for conversion goals.
Other Duties And Safety Requirements
- Complies with all department and company safety guidelines, procedures, and rules.
- Mentors safe work practices to co-workers and team.
- Completes all safety training as directed and within established timelines.
- Interfaces professionally with all people, internal and external, in a kind and respectful manner.
- Completes all Human Resources and Payroll tasks and notifications through the Employee Self Service Online Portal as needed, as directed and within established timelines.
- Assists in other departments as needed and directed.
- May perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Digital native with strong creative POV and a passion for social trends, storytelling and visual craft
- In depth knowledge of platform optimization, understanding of best practices per channel and leveraging data to be proactive and appropriately reactive to trends and shifts in platform functionalities to continually evolve company objectives.
- Professional presentation design and graphic design including the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly for other teams to understand, support and execute against.
- Adept in Adobe, Canva, Hubspot, Google analytics and social (Meta/Tik Tok/YouTube) analytics.
- Professional social media account growth and management experience
- 4+ years of successfully executing a compelling professional B2B & B2C brand messaging.
- Professional social media account growth and management experience
- Firm demonstrable grasp of photography, videography, video editing and short form copy writing
- Independent judgement, self-starter, time management and prioritization, and communicating across departments, with third parties, and upward through leadership
- Critical eye for detail and brand identity, balanced with keen understanding of client perspective and needs per brand
- Bachelors degree with emphasis in business, marketing, journalism or hospitality preferred.
- Is willing and able to be on-site at events and tackle social media postings some evenings and weekends
Physical And Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work from our office full time.
- Availability to work a custom schedule including Saturday events at least 2x per month.
- Ability to use a computer 75% the workday.
- Ability to sit up to 75% of the workday.
- Ability to be mobile 25% of the workday.
- Required to move throughout the buildings during the workday.
- Ability to travel to client and venue locations for events.
- Must have 20/20 vision with correction.
