8returns is seeking a content-focused creator to own language-rich content across channels, primarily in German. You’ll work directly with the founders to craft narratives for LinkedIn, video explainers, case studies, and product-launch content.

As the first dedicated content hire, you’ll shape our voice and audience growth, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success. This fully remote role offers day-one responsibility and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Native-level German, written and spoken.
• 1–3 years of experience in content, social media or marketing.
• You've built an audience or grown an account before.
• High agency: you see what needs doing and get it done without being asked.
• You write well and know what good content looks like.
• You can film and edit a video yourself and are fine being on camera.
• You know LinkedIn and short-form video well.
• You use AI tools in your daily work.

ABOUT 8RETURNS

Every online shop has returns. Most treat them as a cost. We help brands turn them into a better customer experience, more exchanges instead of refunds, and less work for their teams.

400+ brands run their returns on 8returns, including Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Fielmann and OACE. We're a small team in Berlin where everyone owns their projects end to end, with few meetings, short decision paths and direct feedback.

THE ROLE

You'll be the first person at 8returns who works on content full-time. You'll own our content across all channels, from LinkedIn and video to the website and product launches. Most of it will be in German, and you'll work directly with the founders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make short videos: explainers, customer stories and a look at how we work.
• Run our company LinkedIn and help the founders post on their own profiles.
