Job summary

Greenboard, a fast-growing, AI-native compliance platform for RIAs and fintechs, is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own our content engine end to end.

Based in NoMad, NYC, you will shape formats from LinkedIn posts to podcasts, oversee editorial calendars, and partner with Sales, Product, and Events to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing with a portfolio.
• Excellent writer who can adapt founder's voice and the company's.
• Experience across formats: long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, email, scripts, and sales collateral.
• Experience running an editorial calendar and shipping consistently.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution.
• Strong interviewer and editor who can pull stories from customers and experts.

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn organic: 3-5 posts/week across company and executive channels to drive engagement and conversations for Sales.
• Build a thought leadership program for CCO, CTO, and compliance buyers: articles, guides, explainers, and opinions on where compliance is headed.
• Run the customer story engine: source interviews, approve, publish; turn stories into multi-format assets.
• Produce and grow our podcast: guest sourcing, prep, episode packaging, and clipping content.
• Own the newsletter: editorial calendar, writing, list growth, and performance.
• Write product launch content: messaging, one-pagers, decks, emails, and website copy; partner with Product on roadmap comms.
• Build sales and partner enablement kits: one-pagers, decks, case studies, demo scripts, partner toolkit.
• Turn events into content: topics, speaker content, and post-event recaps that keep working after the room empties.
• Establish SEO foundations: keyword research, pillar pages, and a publishing cadence that compounds.
• Supply creative and copy for paid campaigns and landing pages, and track what content drives meetings and pipeline.
