We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager with the passion and experience to design what matters – one project at a time.

The Content Marketing Manager will join the Designit team supporting Microsoft Cloud Marketing Blog and Social. This team manages over 100 social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs aimed at decision makers, developers, and IT professionals. Each month, over 50 blog posts are published to inform, educate, and engage a global audience. Products like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio are featured within this ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and executing content strategies in a fast-paced environment. They are adaptable, a self-starter, and bring a growth mindset and subject matter expertise. They enjoy analyzing data to improve ROI metrics such as views and click-through rates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content strategy: Develop and execute data-driven blog content strategies aligned with business goals, brand messaging, and audience needs to drive KPIs and customer engagement.
  • Content governance and optimization: Ensure all blog content adheres to brand voice, style, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices to maximize visibility.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product marketing, SEO, PR, and other teams to develop engaging content and share best practices.
  • Editorial calendar management: Oversee the blog editorial calendar, ensuring timely publishing aligned with key initiatives.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor KPIs using tools like Adobe Analytics and Power BI, providing insights to improve traffic and engagement.
  • Stakeholder education: Educate internal teams on content strategies and performance metrics, building trust and understanding.
  • Operational oversight: Coordinate content review processes and ensure publishing SLAs are met.
  • Platform management: Collaborate on blog platform enhancements, SEO strategies, and technical issue resolution.

Qualifications include:

  • 4–6 years in content marketing or strategy, with at least 3 years in digital marketing or publishing.
  • Experience with tech brands and cloud computing preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and report content performance, with experience in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CMS tools like WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
