This role owns the content strategy, editorial calendar, and execution across channels, partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver persona-driven content that supports the full customer journey.

  • Translates complex technical and portfolio value into clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging
  • Creates and edits content across channels, including blogs, case studies, sales enablement materials, campaigns, and customer communications
  • Leads development of thought leadership content to position Viega as an industry authority and trusted partner
  • Owns and manages the content calendar and editorial strategy, aligned to campaigns, segments and business priorities
  • Partners with segment, product, and sales teams to develop persona-driven content tailored to target audiences and use cases
  • Supports sales enablement through development of presentations, one-pagers, sell sheets, features and benefits, and case studies that drive pipeline and conversion
  • Identifies, develops, and executes customer case studies, from story sourcing to final publication
  • Collaborates with digital and demand generation teams to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation
  • Defines and tracks content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, pipeline influence) and continuously optimize based on insights
  • Maps content to the customer journey, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
  • Integrates Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and field feedback into content to ensure relevance and impact
  • Builds a content repurposing engine to maximize reach and ROI across channels and campaigns
  • Ensures content from external sources like external agency partners and freelancers are rooted in quality, consistency, and in alignment with brand standards
  • Establishes and maintains content governance, standards, and templates to ensure consistency across the organization
  • Acts as a strategic storyteller and educator, elevating Viega’s value proposition and enabling upstream influence in the market
  • Works cross-functionally across marketing, sales, training, product and other teams to build consistent and relevant content for different customer personas by focus segments and markets
Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software - including, but not limited to: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
  • 5-7 years' professional experience in content marketing, communications, and/or storytelling within B2B, industrial, or technical environments required
  • Prior professional experience leveraging AI and modern content tools to enhance productivity and scalability required
  • Prior professional experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and/or content contributors required
  • Prior professional experience using data and analytics to measure content performance and drive continuous improvement required
  • Previous experience working in industries with technical or engineered products (plumbing, HVAC, construction, manufacturing, etc.) preferred

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in lieu of these requirements.

Compensation
Total Rewards Package
  • Base: $92,000 to $120,000 USD annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
