First National Bank is seeking a Content Marketing Intern to support storytelling across social channels, help plan events, and assist with campaigns. The role involves ideation for TikTok, Instagram stories, and Threads, plus monitoring trends and engaging with audiences to build brand value.

You'll work in a hybrid capacity, balancing on-site collaboration three days a week with remote days, while gaining exposure to how FNBO manages brand design, promotions, and customer-focused content.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Threads, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing with attention to grammar.
• A proactive, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new organizational processes and changing business demands.

Responsibilities

• Capture content and storytelling support.
• Proactive social engagement including daily platform interaction.
• TikTok ideation and filming.
• Instagram story ideation and execution.
• Post ideation for Threads.
• Help create rules for social media contests and work with legal for approvals.
• Recommend trends appropriate for the bank to execute on.
• Review competitor social media and gather insights.
• Monitor for sensitive or high-risk topics and understand reputational risk.
