exacare ai is seeking a Content Marketer to join our Growth & Marketing team in New York. You will craft compelling content across the blog, customer stories, guides, social media, and sales materials, shaping our voice as we grow.

The role emphasizes writing quality, research-backed content, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll interview facilities, turn conversations into stories, and use AI to boost speed while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional writing, ideally in B2B SaaS/health tech/AI
• Ability to convert rough ideas or transcripts into clear, accurate content
• Ability to gather data and cite sources to support claims
• Ability to adjust tone and write across formats from blogs to reports

Responsibilities

• Write across formats: blog posts, customer stories, emails, social copy, reports and guides
• Turn interviews into stories with structure and quotes
• Build research-backed reports and guides with a narrative
• Keep voice consistent with the style guide across all publications
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product and leadership to validate details
• Leverage AI-native workflows to speed drafting and editing without compromising quality
