exacare ai is seeking a Founder Content Marketer to work directly with our CEO, shaping a high-impact content program around him. You will craft video, podcast, long- and short-form writing, and drive editorial excellence with a focus on healthcare, AI, and the founder’s voice.

You will collaborate with a small team and a production partner, guiding storytelling, episodes, and content strategy to earn trust and generate new business. This is a senior, high-leverage role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in editorial, journalism, content, communications, or similar role with healthcare exposure.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling across long-form, social, and short-form formats.
• Ability to research deeply, structure conversations, and write strong questions.
• Strong opinions on what makes content excellent and clear examples from healthcare.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and how to explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Shape the show by developing episode concepts, guest lists, topics, and questions.
• Write thought leadership pieces that resonate with post-acute audiences and position the founder as a leading voice.
• Maintain high editorial standards: check for differentiated perspectives, tech focus, patient outcomes, and human stories.
• Collaborate with content, brand, growth, and production teams to define the program's voice, standards, hub, and social channels.
• Partner with production on scripting, episode structure, clips, and quality control.
• Travel with the founder for recordings and industry events, visiting operators and guests.
