Compensation Range: $50 - 58 per hour

Our client in the telecommunications space is looking for an experienced Content Manager with Sitecore experience to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and delivery of content across digital channels including desktop, mobile, mobile apps, SMS, email, etc. This position requires expertise in managing, editing, and producing technical and creative digital content on self-service platforms and through various marketing channels. The right candidate is a self-motivated, independent thinker with wide-ranging writing skills and an inherent understanding of branding, tone, and voice.

This will be a fully remote W2 contract with EST working hours. Candidates must have Sitecore experience to be considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, review, and edit content from a team of creative and technical writers.
2. Manage content delivery timelines, handoffs, and processes.
3. Work with various stakeholders in product, design, development, SEO, and marketing and communications teams.
4. Contribute to the team's overall understanding of product and project relevance and user behavior, specifically from a narrative perspective.
5. Produce concepts and copy that are inspired, fresh, and engaging.
6. Contribute to and help maintain content strategy as set out by leadership.
7. Attend team meetings throughout the project lifecycle and report on project status.
8. Stay up-to-date with developer specs and design best practices.
9. Ensure cohesion and consistency of quality across all pieces.
10. Support content management, including using content management systems like Sitecore and WordPress.
11. Understand user-centered design systems such as wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
12. Conduct or manage site content audits or inventories to assess content value, organization, and consistency.
13. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
14. Adapt language and style to reflect brand voice and tone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Understanding of data analytics.
• Ability to lead content teams, copy creation, and delivery.
• Experience with Content Management Systems, including Sitecore and WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of digital copywriting with CMS experience.
