We’re growing fast and looking for a Content Manager who can help us tell our story, grow our community, and build meaningful connections with our audience. You’ll shape and execute our content strategy across email, social media, and our blog, creating a consistent, authentic brand voice that resonates with busy families (and the moms who run them).

You’ll shape and execute our content strategy across email, social media, and our blog, creating a consistent, authentic brand voice that resonates with busy families (and the moms who run them).

What You’ll Do

• Plan, write, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Pinterest, blog, and email (Klaviyo)
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and value
• Collaborate directly with the founder to tell product stories, launch campaigns, and grow brand affinity
• Turn rough ideas, video clips, or product photos into polished content with clear CTAs
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, seasons, and customer needs
• Optimize content for SEO and social sharing
• Analyze performance and adapt content strategy

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Are a strong writer who can shift between heartfelt storytelling and high converting calls to action
• Have experience managing content for an e-commerce brand or lifestyle company
• Know your way around Meta and Pinterest
• Love organization, family life, or home goods, and get the daily chaos our customers live in
• Can keep a brand voice consistent across channels (bonus if you love Joanna Gaines and a well-labeled pantry)
