Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the deployment of all centrally managed MyWorldpanel content, inclusive of data reporting and visualisers to all data models and environments for MyWorldpanel.

• The creation and execution of the deployment plans to deliver reports to users and clients on time, as per agreed schedules.

• Implementation of quality control procedures and standards ensuring that all reporting content functions as per the specifications.

• To manage and maintain the reporting content assets, ensuring functionality and usability standards are met on day-to-day basis

• Be a subject matter expert on reporting queries, acting as a point of contact for support escalation when required and to provide feedback on improvements to the Product Management representatives.

• To support local reporting needs with the implementation of any require language translations

• To continuously improve the end-to-end process of content deployment, both in the identification and application of improvements

Must be bilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English (Written and verbal)

• Experience in using market measure data/reporting, with understanding of panel data in the FMCG sector, and use business insights visualization tools/platforms.

• Advanced Excel Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps is beneficial.

• Fluency written and spoken English is essential, with competence to interpreting Spanish, French, Portuguese to operate with the MyWorldpanel platform when it is set up in these languages.

• Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and results orientation

• Capacity management and planning capability to manage multiple deployments and delivery on schedule.
