Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on content, writing and some video production.
• Able to explain technical topics clearly for a smart audience.
• Knows what looks and sounds good on camera and can coach others.
• Has owned or grown a content channel (podcast, YouTube, blog, newsletter).
• Experience with startups and founders; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own content channels and publish across blog, video, podcast, newsletter, and social media.
• Spearhead launch videos: scripts, location scouting, shot lists, and direction.
• Coordinate with writers, videographers, and freelancers; manage deadlines.
• Grow reach via clips, audience development, and original sector content.
