You are an experienced editor who can shoot on the ground, edit quickly, and post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X. Remote editing is possible for strong editors who can keep pace.

• You can plan, shoot, edit and post across platforms.
• You understand platform trends, hooks, pacing and formats.
• You are comfortable with a camera around people and on-site shoots.

Responsibilities

• Capture content at Frame events: talks, workshops, mentor sessions, showcases.
• Film day-to-day fellowship life: the house, the work, the people, the moments.
• Plan shoots around what will perform and know the hook before recording.
• Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.
• Post and manage content on Frame's channels and time releases.
• Track performance and iterate on what works.
