NODE is looking for a Content Engineer to drive our digital content strategy and make the internet care about digital art. You'll produce compelling video and multimedia content from gallery moments, artist studio visits, and behind-the-scenes access—crafting stories that resonate across platforms. Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Capture and produce behind-the-scenes footage at NODE exhibitions, events, and artist installations
• Monitor platform trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Translate NODE's artist-driven mission into content that connects with diverse digital audiences
• Collaborate with the team to develop a content calendar that balances planned and reactive posts
• Edit video with professional pacing, text overlays, and sound design
• Build and engage NODE's community across social platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video content with strong engagement metrics
• Fluency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience development
• Strong eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling in under 60 seconds
• Ability to work independently and move fast in a dynamic environment
• Genuine interest in art, technology, or creative culture
• Portfolio or links to past content required
