The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party is seeking a Content Director in St. Paul. Hybrid schedule: in-office 4 days per week with one remote day. You will lead the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content to advance our message and support campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, Research, and Data, you will translate strategy into talking points, graphics, videos, newsletters, and toolkits, while maintaining brand standards across the organization.

Salary: $70,000-90,000

The Content Director leads the creation of compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that advances the DFL’s message, supports our candidates, and helps define our opponents.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, Research, and Data, the Content Director serves as the Communication team’s lead content producer—translating communications strategy into compelling talking points, graphics, videos, remarks, newsletters, toolkits, and other communications products across the organization.
