You’ll manage layout for essays and short films, maintain templates, and publish on a steady schedule. The role emphasizes speed, restraint, and audience-aware refinement, reporting to the Senior Designer.

Responsibilities

• Produce posters, carousels, and Signals; ensure visual identity remains recognizable.
• Layout essays and short films to read like publications, not slides.
• Create fast, clean variations for testing and distribution.
• Publish and monitor performance across channels; maintain a publishing calendar.
• Collect audience feedback and adjust future work accordingly.
• Flag issues and escalate to the right person quickly.
• Deliver weekly performance reports on engagement, saves, shares, and growth.
