Do you know how to turn a constant flow of requests into clear priorities, realistic plans and predictable delivery? Are you motivated by the opportunity to lead and develop a team? As Content Delivery Program Manager, you will bring structure, prioritisation and operational leadership to CFA Institute’s Content Production & Delivery work. You will own the way work enters, moves through and is prioritised across the delivery pipeline, helping teams balance urgent requests with planned delivery rather than continually stopping and restarting work. You will also lead a team of Content Production Specialists responsible for business-as-usual curriculum production, giving you the opportunity to combine hands‑on portfolio delivery leadership with team management and development. Working across Education and technical teams, you will help ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately sequenced and delivered against organisational priorities.

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: US - $92,500 - $123,000 per year. Actual salary within the stated range will depend on the individual's experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job‑related factors. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
