McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a talented Content Creator to work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to help organize and implement the marketing strategy. The Content Creator will be responsible for visually telling our story and showcasing our projects. McBride Homes is recognized as the 33rd largest privately-owned builder in the U.S. and the 66th largest overall, with over 1,000 closings in 2024, demonstrating our commitment to excellence. This is an in-office position located in Chesterfield Valley.

Salary: $65,000-$85,000/year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

Responsibilities Include

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of projects, homes, and testimonials to showcase craftsmanship and design.
• Use drone technology to capture aerial views and unique angles.
• Edit and produce multimedia content for social media, website, and marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative content ideas aligned with campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques.
• Research competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovative content.
• Organize and archive media for easy access in campaigns and presentations.
• Meet project deadlines and provide regular updates to management.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements Include

• Proven experience in videography and photography, especially in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with drone operation and safety regulations.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• 5+ years of content creation experience preferred.
