DOPE Marketing is seeking a creative Content Creator & Video Editor to own and produce content across our organic social channels in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Eagan, MN. You will film, edit, and polish Reels, Shorts, and long-form content, and develop concepts from idea through final cut.

Qualifications

• Experience with a portfolio demonstrating content creation and video editing work.
• Creative, quick, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage yourself, maintain consistent output and create even with limited direction.
• Stays current with social trends, hooks and editing styles.
• Proficient with AI and modern creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Film and edit Reels, Shorts and other social content.
• Edit long-form video, interviews, podcasts and educational content.
• Create product videos for print and marketing products.
• Create software demos, walkthroughs and feature videos.
• Develop concepts, hooks and scripts.
• Find content opportunities without waiting for an assignment.
• Help manage a consistent organic social content calendar.
